Cody Ragonese.png

Cody Ragonese is the Associate Director of Programs at Equimundo, where he focuses on advancing male allyship and strengthening workplace cultures to improve performance and equity. In his role, he oversees program design, implementation, and evaluation, and manages partnerships with private and public sector organizations around the world. Cody works closely with companies in male-dominated industries to demonstrate how inclusive leadership and allyship boost productivity, improve retention, and foster psychological safety across teams. His interest in this work began during his time as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Eswatini, where he saw firsthand the importance of engaging men and boys in building healthier communities. Cody holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health, with a concentration in Monitoring & Evaluation and Sex, Sexuality, and Gender from Boston University, and a BA in International Development from American University’s School of International Service.
